Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the InventriQ ERP website and cloud-hosted application (the "Service"), operated by InventriQ ERP ("InventriQ", "we", "us") from India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organisation you represent.

1. The Service

InventriQ provides a cloud-hosted enterprise resource planning platform for garment manufacturers, covering costing, order management, inventory, production tracking, fabric allocation, document intelligence, and compliance/traceability features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all production, costing, inventory, and document data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant InventriQ a licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including running AI-assisted document extraction. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

4. Subscription and payment

Paid tiers are billed monthly per factory, in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial; no payment method is required to start a trial. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at signup.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventriQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately signed enterprise agreement states otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
