This Privacy Policy explains how InventriQ ERP ("InventriQ", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our cloud-hosted garment ERP application (the "Service"). InventriQ is operated from India.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, work email, company name, and role, provided when you register or are invited to a factory workspace.
Factory operational data: production, costing, inventory, fabric, quality, compliance, and document data that you or your team upload or enter into the Service.
Uploaded documents: invoices, test certificates, transaction certificates, and similar supply-chain documents you upload for AI-assisted extraction.
Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and product-usage analytics collected automatically.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service for your factory workspace.
To process uploaded documents using AI-assisted extraction and return structured results to your account.
To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
To monitor, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Data storage and security

Production data is stored in a hosted cloud database. Uploaded files are stored in cloud storage. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to restrict who can view your factory's data. Only your invited team members and authorised InventriQ personnel can access your workspace data, and only as needed to operate or support the Service.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with sub-processors who help us run the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, database, and AI-processing providers), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your factory's data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires a different period.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and factory data by contacting us at the address below. If your organisation operates in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the EU or UK), we will honour requests to the extent required by that law.

7. Cookies

The Service and website may use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators by email or in-app notice.
